1. About the platform

Pitch Karo India (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) is an online platform where startup founders create a profile, register for our pitching events, pitch live to juries and investors, and access mentorship, feedback and related services.

2. Accounts are mandatory

To register for any event, claim an earlier registration, submit a pitch or use the founder dashboard, you must create an account with accurate details (name, email). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Event registration & fee

Registration for our flagship event costs ₹249 (one-time, inclusive of taxes) unless stated otherwise on the event page. Registration gives you: entry to the event’s pitch process, an AI gap-analysis report, jury evaluation and dashboard access. Registration is personal and non-transferable.

4. Registrations from our earlier portal

If you registered for Pitch Karo India 2026 on our earlier portal, your registration remains valid. To use it on this platform you must create an account, preferably with the same email used earlier. We verify claims against our registration records within a reasonable time (typically 24–48 working hours). Once verified, your dashboard shows “Registration confirmed” and no additional event fee is payable for that registration. If we cannot match your details, we may ask for proof (payment receipt, confirmation email).

5. Pitching, prizes & selection

Shortlisting, jury evaluation, prizes and winner selection are at the sole discretion of Pitch Karo India and its juries. Prize amounts, sponsors, mentors, speakers, dates and formats may change; material changes will be announced on the website. Participation does not guarantee shortlisting, funding, investment or any commercial outcome.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the ideas and materials you submit. By submitting a pitch or story you grant us a non-exclusive licence to review it for evaluation, share it with juries/mentors/investors involved in the programme, and (with your consent) feature your startup story on our website and social channels. Do not submit confidential information you are not comfortable sharing in a pitch setting.

7. Acceptable use

No unlawful, plagiarised, infringing or misleading content; no impersonation; no attempts to interfere with the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). By paying you also agree to the payment partner’s terms. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitch Karo India is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or outcomes of pitches, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid us for the relevant registration.
