Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event registration fee (₹249): refundable within 7 days of payment or until the event’s registration deadline, whichever is earlier — provided your pitch has not yet entered evaluation. To request a refund, email hello@pitchkaroindia.com from your registered email with your payment reference.

After evaluation begins: once your submission enters screening/evaluation or you receive your AI report, the fee is non-refundable.

Event changes: if we cancel an event (not reschedule), you may choose a full refund or a credit for the next event. If an event is rescheduled, your registration automatically carries over.

Old-portal registrations: carried-over registrations were paid on the earlier portal and follow the same policy from their original payment date; no double charge ever applies.

Processing: approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days via our payment partner.
