Refund Policy

1. The โน249 event registration fee
- Duplicate payments for the same participant and event are refunded in full – write to us with both payment references.
- If we cancel an event (and do not reschedule), registration fees for that event are refunded in full to the original payment method within 7โ10 working days.
- If an event is rescheduled, your registration automatically carries over to the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement.
- No-shows and voluntary withdrawals after your slot/shortlist is confirmed are not refundable, since evaluation and AI-report costs are already incurred.
2. Carried-over (old portal) registrations
Registrations made on our earlier portal remain valid on this Platform at no extra cost – there is nothing additional to pay and therefore nothing new to refund. Any refund request relating to an earlier-portal payment is handled under the same rules above; include your original payment confirmation.
3. How to request a refund
Email pitchkaroindia.com@gmail.com from your registered email with your name, event, payment reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment gateway (typically 7โ10 working days, depending on your bank).
