Who is eligible
- Individual innovators, startups and MSMEs with a novel idea or prototype
- Host institute must be an approved incubation centre for the incubation component
- Udyam registration required for the design and IPR components
Funding & benefits
- Up to ₹15 lakh per approved idea for incubation and development
- Up to ₹60 lakh support for design projects under the Design component
- Reimbursement of patent, trademark and GI registration costs under the IPR component

- Create an account on innovative.msme.gov.in
- Choose the relevant component - Incubation, Design or IPR
- Submit your idea with the host institute / design consultant details
- Approved applications receive funds directly through the host institute

Is Udyam registration mandatory?
